Our team of staff at Horizon Recuperative Care includes specialized nurses and social case managers to help patients coordinate mental health care as part of their recuperative treatment. Mental health is unfortunately one of the most overlooked, yet most important elements in the path to breaking the cycle of homelessness, so we’re dedicated to ensuring our patients get the mental health care they need.
