At Horizon Recuperative Care, our patients receive supportive monitoring from our dedicated staff 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. Our staff are committed to helping our patients recover quickly from hospital stays, find the support they need to prevent a return to homelessness, and reintegrate into society as successful, fully realized individuals.
