Behavioral health conditions and addiction are some of the biggest roadblocks faced when recovering from a hospital stay or trying to break the cycle of homelessness. That’s why Horizon Recuperative Care collaborates with other California recuperative services and community support programs to provide our patients with access to behavioral health clinics, methadone programs, and other services that can help prevent a return to homelessness.
