OUR RECUPERATIVE CARE FACILITIES
Horizon Recuperative Care provides clean, modern facilities, giving Post-Acute homeless patients throughout the L.A./Orange County region an ideal environment to recover and receive the homeless health care and support services they need to better their lives.
Featuring a gourmet kitchen serving three square meals a day, a community room with a large flat screen TV for relaxing and socializing, modern shower and bathroom facilities, a large outdoor lounging area and much more, our patients are free to come and go as they please. And our safe, comfortable, quiet environment gives them everything they need to recover and plan for their future.
We also focus on cleanliness and sanitation, with cleaning protocols and schedules in place. From the commercial kitchen to the laundry facilities and bathrooms, the private rooms to the community areas, we ensure a safe, sanitary environment.
